Payment Terms

Our services are based on a success-based payment model. Specific fees and payment conditions are agreed individually in the service contract. No upfront deposit is required. Full payment is only made when the candidate is successfully hired and begins work.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CubaMedConnect or its content providers and is protected by German and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Service Termination

Both the client and CubaMedConnect can terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual contract. Details about notice periods and termination conditions are stipulated in the corresponding service agreement.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
